Terms of Service

By accessing zillionmedia.in or signing in to our workspace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Paid engagements are additionally governed by the Service Agreement issued with each invoice or contract.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must not share your login, impersonate another person, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use the service to send spam or violate any third party's rights.
• Interfere with security or access control systems.

All website content — copy, branding, design, code — is owned by ZillionMedia unless otherwise noted. Deliverables produced for a paying client are governed by the individual Service Agreement; unless that agreement states otherwise, ownership transfers on receipt of full payment.

• Clients agree to provide timely access, assets, and approvals needed to deliver the engaged services.
• Workers and team members using the attendance / project modules agree to log accurate check-in and task data.

Fees, taxes, ad spend, and payment terms are set in the Service Agreement or invoice for each engagement. Late payments may attract interest and pause active work. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our services often depend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, or algorithm changes. Ad spend is passed through and consumed by the ad platform directly.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZillionMedia's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits or revenue).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; termination does not waive outstanding invoices or obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
